Thursday July 18th saw the AURES UK Team host their annual karting event at the Whilton Mill race track in Daventry where they held two endurance races driving the brand new Sodi RT8 Pro-Karts on the 1200m International Circuit!
The race day line up started off at 9:30am with a bite to eat and a quick brew ready for everyone to register and get fitted up for their race suits. They then had a safety briefing and team allocation ahead of a few practice laps and grid positioning.
The day took on a very competitive atmosphere and the winning group seemed proud as punch with their performance!
The stand out performances for the top three places were from;
1st place: David, Daniel and Chris from Team 9
2nd place: James, Ben and Adam from Team 3
3rd place: Carl, Dan and Eimantas from Team 16
