REVIER Hospitality Group AG has selected TABHOTEL and AURES for a unique check-in experience at the Mountain Lodge Hotel in Adelboden, Switzerland.
The REVIER Mountain Lodge welcomes you to the winter sports resort at 1350 metres in the heights of the Canton of Berne, in a simple and authentic – yet trendy – atmosphere.
This new hotel concept is geared towards a fashionable, natural clientele who are looking for new experiences.
It does not have a hotel reception in the traditional sense of the term; check-in and check-out have been 100% digitalized and automated. It is managed online before customers’ arrival (on smartphone, tablet or PC) and guests receive their booking confirmation by email as well as the access codes to their rooms.
To secure this process and complete it if necessary, the place has opted for a system of interactive Kiosks that are as versatile as effective (management of guests without reservations, changes to reservations, of guests who have not completed the mobile check-in, of additional secure payments for rooms, meals, the bar, etc).
Designed and developed by AURES, the kiosks installed at REVIER Mountain Lodge are operational thanks to the deployment of a special check-in software platform by specialist TABHOTEL.
