Located at Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport near Paris (Terminals 2E and 2F), the pharmacies run by Mr Franck LAHMY have two key outlets, including the very large “Pharmacie du Voyage”.
Ideally located at strategic points for the boarding of international travellers, both stores focus on welcoming customers and providing a high quality of service. Staff are numerous, competent and attentive, and the pharmacies’ aisles are wide and airy for optimum customer flow; the range of products available (personal hygiene – health – beauty – in addition to the medical products and medicines on offer) is vast and very varied, with an optimised display thanks to attractive shelves that are very well thought out and organised.
Stéphane BERTHE, founder and general manager of NIOPHARMA, was entrusted with the computerisation and digitalisation of the customer experience in both pharmacies. His teams deployed the PHARMALAND software platform, operational on the many YUNO point-of-sale terminals installed.

NIOPHARMA and AURES are working on new deployment projects (POS systems and interactive kiosks) to update and upgrade existing IT systems.
